CPL Group is calling for people with a with a desire to make a difference to join the CPL Group Advisory Board and help shape the future of people with disability.  

Your unique perspective is needed to shape the strategic direction of CPL Group and help create an inclusive society for people of all abilities.  

Whether you are a: 

  • Person with a disability
  • Carer, parent or guardian
  • CPL client
  • Person with NDIS or disability experience
  • Person who is passionate about accessibility and inclusion

We know you have opinions that matter, and opinions that could ultimately help create changes that make a difference. 

Chair of the CPL Group Advisory Board, Australian Paralympic Gold Medallist, Rowan Crothers OAM is leading this recruitment process and has a passion for wanting to create change for people with disability 

“My new role as the chair of the client Advisory Board is to make sure that we have a say in the overall direction of CPL, and to make sure we ultimately find better ways for CPL clients, as well as people with a disability in the community, to achieve what their passions are, and define what they want to do in their lives,” Rowan said.

Advisory Board Members will use their own experience and qualifications to provide specialised guidance and recommendations on CPL Group’s current and future projects.  

The Advisory Board is not a decision-making body, but a board that provides advice to the executive team to find new innovations that will positively influence the lives of people with disability.
